Title
Offer bats a comfortable home with the Coveside Sunshine's Bat House. This special bat house was designed by Amanda Lollar, who rescued and rehabilitated a Mexican free-tailed bat named "Sunshine." Amanda designed this home after her own bat houses, so this shape has been tested and approved by bat occupants. The shelter holds up to one hundred bats in its two large chambers. The open slot at the bottom is protected from predators by a wooden guard. The interior surface and landing platform is made of rough wood covered with black screening to make it easy for bats to cling when roosting and landing. An echolocation slot on each side of the home helps bats locate the abode. Although designed for the Mexican free-tail bat, found predominately in the southern United States, this abode is suitable for all species of small, insectivorous bats throughout North America and has been highly successful with the little brown and big brown bats. Crafted from solid eastern white pine, this shelter will surely last for several years with little maintenance. House bats in your area with the Sunshine's Bat House. Made in the USA.
